2. Appointments & bookings
Appointments can be made by phone, in person, or via the contact methods listed on this site. We ask that you arrive on time — if you're running more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten your appointment or ask you to rebook, to avoid a knock-on delay for other customers.

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in us asking for a deposit before future bookings are confirmed.

Prices are as displayed in-store and on this website at the time of booking, and may be updated from time to time. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We take care to deliver every haircut, trim and service to a high standard. If you're ever unhappy with a cut, please let us know before you leave so we can put it right. We reserve the right to decline a service where it isn't safe or appropriate to carry it out.
